Used Oil Pick-up
The Kendall County Soil & Water Conservation
District (SWCD) held its Annual Used Oil Pickup on Saturday, June 14th
and collected 1,500 gallons of used oil to recycle. The SWCD would like
to thank all that participated in this event and for taking time out of
your Saturday morning to properly dispose of your used oil. Thank you
to everyone that contributed a donation; we received $124.56 from this
year’s pickup.
The SWCD would like to thank GRAINCO FS, Inc. for
use of their facilities for the event and for their continued support of
our efforts. In addition, the SWCD would like to thank all who
volunteered; especially the Kendall County Corn Growers. Your time and
support is greatly appreciated!
We hope to see you all again next year for the SWCD
Annual Used Oil Pickup; always the Saturday before Father’s day.
